At I Love My Look Aesthetics (ILML), all sales are final once services have been rendered or products have been opened or used.
Our team commits time, expertise, and resources to every appointment; therefore, refunds cannot be issued once treatment time and materials have been allocated.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
In certain cases, at ILML’s discretion, a service credit, adjustment, or alternative treatment may be offered to help you reach your desired results.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Completed services or partially used packages
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Missed or no-show appointments
- Membership payments already processed
