ILML Aesthetics provides medical aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic treatments. All treatments are elective, and results may vary depending on individual health, lifestyle, and other factors. Services are provided only to clients who complete required intake forms and consent to treatment.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
• All product sales are final due to the nature of medical-grade products.
• Service fees are non-refundable once treatment has been rendered.

• Any outstanding balances must be paid in full before additional services are rendered.

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, promotions, and treatment updates from ILML Aesthetics. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the provided instructions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILML Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to waive participation in class actions.
