At I Love My Look Aesthetics (ILML), services and products are final sale once services have been performed or once products have been opened or used.
Our team commits time, expertise, and resources to every appointment; for that reason, refunds cannot be issued once treatment time and materials have been allocated.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. In certain cases, at ILML's discretion, a service credit, an adjustment, or an alternative treatment may be offered to help you achieve your desired result.
Refunds Are Not Issued For
- Completed services or partially used packages
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Missed or no-show appointments
- Membership payments that have already been processed
