Online Full-Body Laser Purchases

Online full-body laser purchases of 1, 6, or 12 sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable from the time of purchase, except as described below. This includes unused and partially used packages and changes of mind. Sessions may be used only by the client named in the purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.
Your purchase prepays the selected sessions; it does not reserve an appointment time. Our team will contact you to schedule. Treatment and included body areas remain subject to your provider’s assessment of suitability, and results vary.
If ILML cannot provide the treatment, or your provider determines that you are not a suitable candidate, ILML will refund the amount paid for sessions that cannot be provided. For packages, that amount is calculated using the package price paid divided by the number of sessions purchased, multiplied by the number of undeliverable sessions. Any refund will be returned through the original payment method.
These terms apply equally to purchases paid by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We will review and correct duplicate or erroneous charges. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law, or your right to raise a payment dispute with your card issuer.

Final-Sale Policy
At I Love My Look Aesthetics (ILML), services and products are final sale once services have been performed or once products have been opened or used.
Our team commits time, expertise, and resources to every appointment; for that reason, refunds cannot be issued once treatment time and materials have been allocated.
Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. In certain cases, at ILML's discretion, a service credit, an adjustment, or an alternative treatment may be offered to help you achieve your desired result.
Refunds Are Not Issued For
- Completed services or partially used packages
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Missed or no-show appointments
- Membership payments that have already been processed
ILML Savings Account Credit
Every dollar of a Signature or PRO monthly contribution becomes ILML wallet credit for treatments and products. Contributions are not refundable as cash. Unused paid wallet credit never expires, including after membership cancellation.
Both options have six-month terms that automatically renew for another six months unless you provide written cancellation notice at least 30 days before renewal. A $250 early-cancellation fee applies during an active term. Member discounts apply only while membership is active and in good standing.
