1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, scheduling appointments, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ILML Aesthetics provides medical aesthetics, wellness, and cosmetic treatments. All treatments are elective, and results may vary depending on individual circumstances. Services require completed intake forms and treatment consent.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Our treatments are intended for aesthetic purposes only and are not provided to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You should consult your physician before starting any new treatment, particularly if you have medical conditions or allergies, or are pregnant or nursing.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds
- Advance scheduling is required.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees.
- All product sales are final due to the nature of medical-grade products.
- Service fees are non-refundable once a treatment has been completed.

5. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Third-party financing may be available.
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before additional services are scheduled.
ILML Savings Account Membership
Signature starts at $99 per month and PRO starts at $199 per month. Both receive the same benefits. Monthly contributions are charged automatically and become dollar-for-dollar ILML wallet credit for treatments and retail products. There is no separate membership fee. Contributions are non-refundable as cash; unused paid wallet credit never expires, including after cancellation.
- Both options require six consecutive months and automatically renew for further six-month terms.
- To stop the next renewal, provide ILML written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the current term ends. You may send notice to support@ilovemylook.com.
- A $250 early-cancellation fee applies if membership ends during an active six-month term. A pause requires ILML approval.
- Active members in good standing receive 30% off regularly priced services and treatments and 15% off products.
- Both options qualify for full-body laser at $199 per session at Southlake and Arlington/Viridian, including all body areas subject to provider assessment. New members qualify immediately and may use available wallet credit. The $199 is the final member session price; no additional 30% discount applies. The offer is not a free monthly laser entitlement.
- Member discounts end when membership ends; remaining paid wallet credit remains available for ILML treatments and products.
Review and sign the full membership agreement during enrollment. The ILML Savings Account is a prepaid membership wallet, not a bank account or an interest-bearing deposit.
6. Risks & Consent
Clients are informed of the potential risks, side effects, and benefits of each service and provide voluntary consent to treatment. You release ILML Aesthetics, its providers, and staff from liability except in cases of gross negligence or malpractice.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, images, and materials are the property of ILML Aesthetics. Reproduction or redistribution requires written permission.
8. SMS & Electronic Communications
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, promotions, and updates from ILML Aesthetics. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILML Aesthetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
10. Dispute Resolution
We will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Texas. To the extent permitted by law, you waive participation in any class action proceeding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
