— First — the thing most people worry about

"I don't want to look like I had something done."

This is the most common concern we hear. And it's completely valid — because bad aesthetic work is visible everywhere.

Here's the honest answer: the results you're afraid of come from too much product, too little anatomical knowledge, and no long-term plan. They don't come from the treatments themselves.

At ILML, our injectors are trained under a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon — which means they understand facial anatomy at a surgical level, use conservative dosing, and plan results around your face specifically. The goal is always that people notice you look great — not that they notice anything was done.

Where do I start?

Most clients start with one of three things.

01

The Free 3D Skin Analysis & Consultation

The best first step for anyone who isn't sure what they need. Sapna uses advanced imaging to assess your skin, then builds a personalized Beauty Portfolio — a clear roadmap of what would help, in what order, at what cost. Free, no obligation, no pressure.

02

Botox — if you have lines you want to soften

Botox is the most popular treatment at ILML for a reason. It's quick (15 minutes), has no real downtime, and — when done right — produces results that are visible but completely natural. First-time clients pay $11/unit. Most treatment areas need 20–40 units. You'll see results in 3–5 days. Common first areas: forehead lines, frown lines (the 11s), crow's feet, or lip flip.

03

A Medical Facial — if you want to see what we're about before committing to injectables

The ILML Retreat Facial, Hydrafacial, or a series of microneedling sessions are excellent starting points for clients who want to improve skin quality, understand our approach, and build trust with the team before doing anything with a needle.

Common questions before your first visit

Five things everyone asks.

Most treatments are very well tolerated. Botox feels like a quick, light pinch — most clients rate it 2/10. Morpheus8 and microneedling use numbing cream beforehand. Laser hair removal feels like a warm snap. Nothing should be described as painful — if it is, tell your provider.

What happens on your first visit

Here's exactly what to expect.

  1. 01You're greeted by our Client Experience Coordinator — no clinical overwhelm at the door
  2. 02If you booked the 3D Skin Analysis, that happens first — about 15 minutes of imaging and review
  3. 03You meet with your provider, who listens first and recommends second
  4. 04If you're ready to treat, your appointment proceeds — relaxed, not rushed
  5. 05You leave with a clear plan for what's next — not a list of add-ons
