That starts with choosing the right treatment for your face. Radiesse can provide immediate support in selected areas while stimulating collagen over time. The amount and placement matter as much as the product. At ILML, we assess your proportions, skin, previous treatments and goals before recommending a plan. We focus on a change that fits your features, with a clear discussion of the benefits, limitations and recovery before you decide.
Radiesse is FDA-approved for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds between the nose and mouth.
Radiesse (+) is FDA-approved to improve moderate to severe loss of jawline contour in adults over 21. Your provider assesses whether it fits your anatomy.
A consultation helps identify where additional support may improve balance and which injectable is appropriate for that area.
Radiesse stimulates collagen and elastin production, supporting changes in skin quality over time alongside its initial filling effect.
Radiesse® is an injectable dermal filler and biostimulator made with calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel. The gel provides initial volume beneath the skin. The microspheres also help stimulate new collagen and elastin, supporting gradual improvement in skin structure. CaHA is a manufactured form of a mineral found naturally in the body. Your provider selects the formulation, amount and placement for the treatment area; the result and its duration depend on your anatomy and plan.
We look at how your features work together before focusing on an individual line or contour. Your consultation includes your health history, existing filler and what you want to change, so the recommendation begins with your needs.
ILML treatments follow our established standard of Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon oversight. Anatomical assessment and a conservative approach guide the plan, with time to explain the proposed treatment and answer your questions.
Radiesse, Sculptra and hyaluronic acid fillers have different roles. We help you compare them and discuss the expected change, recovery and total cost. If another approach better fits your goals, that belongs in the conversation.
Suitability comes first. Tell your provider about allergies, bleeding disorders, medicines, previous filler and any skin infection. Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established. Any combination treatments need an individually planned schedule.

Both stimulate collagen. Radiesse uses calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) in a gel and can add volume at treatment. Sculptra uses poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and develops its effect gradually across a treatment series. The best fit depends on the area, the kind of change you want and your provider’s assessment.
